Panel cooler

Emmppe Associates manufactures "Zapp Cool" panel coolers for CNC/NC machine panels. Mostly CNC/NC machine control panel generates a substantial amount of heat during operation. This heat factor is intensified as electronic controls are made more compact, perform more functions placed in confirmed areas and made airtight to protect them from outside contaminants. This results in over heating and failure of sensitive components like ICs, VLSIs, thyristors, diodes, etc. The product removes the heat from the panel by circulating cool air on continuous basis to give constant temperature for optimum performance of the CNC/NC machine. This cooler is closed loop in construction, which does not allow cool clean panel air to mix with the hot, humid and dirty outside air. It has inbuilt electronic temperature indicator cum controller to maintain constant temperature and digital display for easy visibility. The cooler is available in various capacities to suit different size panels.
