Oil Coolers

VR Filter Systams manufactures a wide range of oil coolers for lub oil systems, hydraulic oil systems and other circulating systems. VR manufactures shell and tube type oil coolers, air cooled type oil coolers and refrigerated type oil coolers. For higher circulating volumes shell and tube and air cooled type coolers are used, and where precise cooling is needed refrigerated type is used. VR manufactures oil coolers of capacity of flow up to 500 LPM, and heat dissipation up to 5,000 kcal/min range. Admiralty brass tubes are used for shell and tube type oil coolers and copper and aluminium combination wire fin tubes are used for air cooled type coolers for long lasting characteristics. The coolers are also manufactured as per ANSI standards to suit the end connections and are tested hydraulically/pneumatically. Also, import substitute coolers for VOITH/FUNKE are manufactured. VR's coolers are well accepted and approved by Railways at different centres and thermal power plants.
