Oil Coolers

Eltek Enterprises designs and manufactures refrigerated oil recooling units, air blast oil coolers and panel coolers for machine tool and all purpose SPM manufacturing industries. The refrigerated oil cooler units are designed to maintain constant temperature of the cooling media suitable for coolant oil, cutting oil, spindle oil and all purpose SPMs of machine tool industries. The user can set the required temperature on the main panel of the unit. Once the set temperature reaches, the unit itself operates to maintain the set temperature of the cooling medium. The unit is available in two types--direct on line type (Model DOL) and immersion type (Model IT), available in variable capacity from 1,285 kcal/hr to 15,000 kcal/hr. The panel coolers are specially designed for SPM control panels incorporated with CNC system to maintain a constant temperature of the cabinet and also remove the moisture content from air which is most important in all circumstances. This is a refrigerated system incorporated with a thermostatically controlled electrical system, which maintains the required temperature of the cabinet. These are available in capacities of 910, 1,285 and 1,500 kcal/hr, and more as per customer's requirements. They work on single phase 220 V AC, and are very compact and economic units available with on-delay timer and digital temperature indicators. The air blast oil coolers (heat exchangers) offer an economical way to cool fluids. This system consists of specially designed radiators with a suitable fan in closed cabinet, where the fluid is made to circulate through the radiator. The fan removes the temperature from the fluid. It is most suitable for hydraulic power packs or any other purpose of hydraulic operated systems where the temperature is to be maintained at ambient +5 C. These are available from 1,000 kcal/hr to 5,000 kcal/hr.
