Oil Cooler

Flow Cold brand oil coolers are developed for application in hydraulic machines. Hydraulic machines are used in plenty, in various production operations. The entire operation is based on the viscosity of oil and any appreciable change of temperature results in change of viscosity resulting in erratic functioning of the unit. The main sources of heat are: the friction heat generated due to the valves and pipes; high ambient surrounding the work spot; and product heat load. The problem becomes acute during summer resulting in loss of production in the entire day shift. Installation of this oil cooler in conjunction with hydraulic units, avoids the above problem and improves productivity. The proper maintenance of the coolants used in machines like that of honing, centreless grinding, is very important for critical tolerances. This is achieved by these oil coolers.
