Oil Coolers & Lube Oil Systems

Prodev Manufacturing Company offers a range of Oil Coolers and Lube Oil Systems. The company first started manufacturing oil coolers by designing and fabricating one for Gujarat Prime Movers, a division of ABB. It has supplied more then 150 pairs of oil coolers for their steam turbines for the sugar sector. Since then, it has designed and supplied lube oil coolers to Bayers ABS, ACC Ltd, thermal power stations and a host of other industries. So far the company has supplied more then 500 oil coolers to dozens of industries. It has also revamped some of the lube oil systems; and designed and supplied total ‘lube oil systems’ for ABB for one of their power projects. The lube oil systems consist of oil coolers with 100% redundancy, oil tank, auxiliary oil pump, emergency DC oil pump, vapour exhauster, control valves, duplex filter, piping etc – a complete lube oil system to be plugged in at site. Prodev Manufacturing Company was founded in 1987 by an experienced engineer/technocrat to manufacture heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks and other special purpose precision equipment for chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer plants, power plants, oil and gas refineries, dairies and other process industries.
