Oil cooler module for hydraulic & lubricating oils

The compact oil cooler modules offered by Standard Radiators are ideally suited for the stationary installations for the cooling of the hydraulic or lubricating oils. The standard range of oil coolers is available for oil operating pressures up to 7 bar and heat rating up to 20 kW. Oil cooler modules for higher operating parameters and small quantity special builds can also be offered. This cooler module gives an advantage, as it is complete with the cooling fan and the fan cowl. The user just has to mount the module on support, make necessary oil connections and plug the fan in! The module consists of aluminium oil cooler, steel fan cowl, the fan and support legs, which has four holes for mounting. The necessary sealing of all the joints of the oil cooler to the fan cowl is done with proper sealing material to avoid air leaks and airflow variations due to the leaks. This ensures 100 per cent airflow through the cooler to get maximum cooling efficiency.
