Mist Cooling System (MCS)

Mist Ressonance Engg Pvt Ltd (MREPL) offers a Mist Cooling System (MCS), a superior alternative to cooling towers and spray ponds. MREPL started operations in 1990 and has developed an enviable reputation for excellence in the field of utility water management. It offers a full range of its own designed and manufactured equipment and can therefore provide an appropriate and ready solution to any problem related to vacuum and cooling. MCS is gem of an engineering design. A specially designed mist creator nozzles break the water particles to less than 5-micron size thus exposing it to the huge surface area. This ensures an approach of 0 to 1ºC to prevailing wet bulb temperature and can cool hot water of say about 45°C to less than 30°C in one stroke. Due to such high temperature drop obtained, water quantity required at the process side is much less. Also it is amazing to know that MCS does not require any fans for cooling. It works only on water pressure available at the return line of recirculation pumps. Hence a huge amount of energy is saved at the cooling system. MCS is totally maintenance free. Its parts are made from special polymer and are 100% corrosion free. To serve specific needs of the industry there are various designs such as Open Pond, Closed Pond, Advance MCS and Terrace Top.
