Insta evaporative air cooler units absorb heat when hot air goes though the cooling pad, to achieve a cooling efficiency, which is according to the natural physical phenomena that the water will absorb heat during evaporation and the evaporative area may influence the evaporative efficiency. The central part of Insta evaporative air cooler unit is "multi-layer congruence of wave and fibre" cooling pad, which directly evaporates. Patented with special treatment from Sweden, the features are: good water absorbing and ventilating performance; strong and no transmutation when steep into water a long time; corrosion resistant; and long lifespan. Insta cooling pad gains an impressive cooling efficiency because its evaporating area is 100 times of surface. The unit is applicable to the open or semi-open environment, which can make direct transmission of natural wind and cooling air. It sheds away the polluted air with dust and odour while passing through the unit, and only transmits fresh air, with added functions of ventilation and cooling, and hence ideally suited for crowded places. Insta evaporative air coolers use innovative high-efficiency evaporation cores, namely ‘Ekooltec’ evaporative cooling pad curtains made of pure natural multilayer corrugated plant fiber laminates, as their core cooling parts. Their cooling principle is based on the natural physical phenomenon that "evaporation requires heat energy". Water is pumped into the water distributor by a water pump and falls onto the wet curtain uniformly from the water distributor to form a water film on the fibre surface of the wet curtain; a fan drafts air to the outside and a negative pressure is generated in the air cooler; air passing through the wet curtain impregnated with water comes into full contact with water and the sensible heat in the air is absorbed; and thus, the aim of cooling is fulfilled. By removing the dust and particles carried by the air from the outside, "Insta" evaporative air coolers can supply high-efficiency circulating fresh air. Therefore, it can help to effectively prevent occupational diseases and the infection with epidemic diseases and create healthy and comfortable environments.
