Hydraulic Oil Cooler

Reliance Engineering Company offers Hydraulic Oil Coolers. These are used to reject the heat generated by the power pack of the hydraulic system. With the experience gained by the company in power pack cooling, it has understood that the aim is to remove heat added to the oil by the power pack rather than to cool the oil. Hence a differential temperature controller with ambient temperature as the reference point is a standard feature in its power pack coolers. This eliminates excessive cooling of the hydraulic oil thereby avoiding sweating of oil sump and lines. These units are also available in in-line models where in the oil from the bleed line of the power pack is passed through the cooler and pump motor assembly is eliminated to save power and valuable shop floor space.
