FRP Cooling Towers

Dynamic Engineers (India) offers FRP Cooling Towers that provide the most economic method of dissipation for a range of industrial equipment and appliances and other water cooled industrial heat exchangers. Features: the fill consists of modular blocks of rigid PVC honey comb construction, as a result the time of contact and heat transfer between water and air is increased greatly; the air pressure drop through the fills is negligible, the fan motor is of totally enclosed type, as per IP-55 and suitable for outdoor mounting; bird screen is also provided; the towers are compact and light weight therefore easy to install, also save on structural and masonry works; roof installation can also be done without any special reinforcement; the tower casing is made of tough fibreglass reinforced plastic construction with sufficient structural strength to withstand high industrial vibrations and wind velocity; casing of cooling towers up to 150 tonnes capacity are of moulded construction, all MS internal components are of HD pipe and hardware of stainless steel, thus the problem of corrosion is almost eliminated; and the eliminator is of rigid PVC and is of fixed type having small water carry-over losses. The company offers packaged cooling towers of capacity ranging from 5 tonnes to 150 tonnes, of vertical induced draught counter flow design with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer. An inspection window is provided for observation and for access to the inside of the cooling tower without removal of fan. It can also be used for routine inspection. The fan is directly driven and is of axial flow type. The fan blades are of cast aluminium. The fan is statically and dynamically balanced, fixed sprinkler with spray nozzles for uniform distribution of water over the fill area. Nozzles are easily removable for cleaning through the inspection window; maintenance is considerably reduced because fan is the only moving part in the cooling tower.
