FRP Cooling tower

Akshat manufactures FRP induced draft cooling towers. These cooling towers are round bottle shaped which eliminates special positioning requirements and is not affected by prevailing wind directions. It further permits quick and easy installation due to lightweight and compactness. Site assembly is simplified by the modular design of components. Features: compact design and light weight; corrosion resistant, since parts are made of synthetic plastic materials; minimum drift loss of water; piping cost negligible and most suitable for small industrial units; very long service life- 500% more than conventional towers; attractive looks; minimum maintenance; higher efficiency (rate of cooling); the fan and the tower body is specially designed to reduce noise; checking-up and maintenance jobs simplified; unique mechanism applied to water distribution section; no spray formation, water is distributed in the form of large drops; and the water collection sump, also of FRP, is leak proof and avoids water spillage. The tower utilises corrosion-proof high efficiency PVC fill; the "bottle" type design is highly resistant against strong wind. These are available in capacity: AC&R - 5 TR to 800 TR.
