FRP Coolers
FRP cooling towers are of vertical induced draught counter flow design with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer. Coolwell offers packaged cooling towers of capacity ranging from 5 tons to 500 tons.
FRP Body
The tower casing is made of tough fibreglass reinforced plastic construction. It has sufficient structural strength to withstand high industrial vibrations and wind velocity.
Drift Eliminators
The eliminator is of rigid PVC and is of fixed type having bare minimum water carry over losses.
Fill
The fill consists of modular blocks of rigid PVC honeycomb construction. As a result the time for contact and heat transfer between water and air is maximized.
Fan
The fan is directly driven and is of axial flow type. The fan blades are of cast aluminium. The fan is statically and dynamically balanced.
