Cryogenic Treatment Bath, Ultra Low Temperature

Indlab offers cryogenic treatment bath suitable for cryogenic treatment of metal components and metallurgical products. These systems are most sophisticated low temperature bath and thermo- circulating systems which are designed and developed keeping the ultimate scientists/reseacher's requirements in mind. The system uses the most advanced microprocessor based digital temprature control cum indicating system with membrane keypad and high effi- ciency refrigeration techniques. Working chamber of the system is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet with suitable rein- forcements, and powder coated mild steel outer body. High density PUF insulation ensures minimum load on and maximum efficiency of the refrigeration system. Aircooled, two-stage cascade system for -60oC to -80oC using hermetically sealed compressors help obtain rapid cooling to set temperature. Special refrigerant oil ensures good lubrication during low temperature operations. Built-in stirrer driven by electric motor ensures temperature uniformity throughout the tank. Hot gas bypass control system with solenoid valve provides accurate control for below ambient applications. Backup safety features, solid state relays, digital timer with alarm, audio-visual alarm for temperature control failure, high/low pressure cut-out, temperature sensor failure indication, and fuses ensure absolute safety to the electronics and refriger- ation parts of the system. The equipment rests on smooth and silently moving heavy duty castor wheels with brakes for ease of 6 use and movement. Apart from the standard systems, custom-built models are also designed as per customer's specific requirements.
