Cooling system

TechnoMarc manufactures Cooling system for machines facing oil heating problems. The machines are customised, compact, trolley mounted, offline - oil-cooling solutions.Oil temperature in the tank can be reduced, from as high as 70?C to as low as 40?C. The company"s engineers inspect the machine, study the heat generation and give a solution to meet the oil temperature in the tank, as desired by client! There is no extensive work - just connect two hoses to the tank and take a water line (no need for chilled water) for the German make plate type cooler. The system consists of an electric motor that drives the hydraulic pump. The pump sucks oil from the machine oil tank and supplies it to the plate type cooler. It is returned to the tank after cooling. The system cooling performance is simulated on software based on design backed by laboratory trials/field data. This gives precision selection of the cooler capacity and pump flow to cool the oil to the desired temperature. This helps the maintenance manager maintain acceptable oil temperature in his machines leading to low down time, low maintenance cost and high machine productivity. Budgetary price can be given based on reply to a questionnaire. The system is ideal for machine tools in general, specifically press and plastic processing machines; furnaces and steel industry. These are typical areas wherein the machines are used continuously or there are high ambient temperatures - either of them leading to high oil temperature.
