Cooling towers for energy conservation

Armec Cooling Tower has launched its innovative energy saving jet type FRP cooling towers. The speciality of these cooling towers being that they neither have fans nor fills. As a result no electrical energy is required for fans nor additional man power required for cleaning and maintenance of these cooling towers. Further all the parts of this modular tower are made of FRP or FRP coated steel excluding nozzles, which are of industrial plastics of Nylon 6, and therefore, are corrosion proof. These have been best suited for direct replacements of over used/faulty or malfunctioning cooling towers as the consumer can directly monitor the savings effectively. Up to now the capacity of single cell in modular construction that these cooling towers were available was of 1500m3/hr. However the company"s team is working on single cell capacity of 2500m3/hr. These cooling towers shall be a boon to any industry, (especially which is facing recession and innumerable problems of existing cooling towers) on account of no requirement of monthly electricity charges and wage bill for contract labour for cleaning fills every weekly/bi weekly.
