Cooling Towers

Alfacool Engineering Company offers a wide range of Cooling Towers. These are bottle type/square type in counter/cross flow design, ideal for large application with multiple cells. The maintenance of AEC towers is very easy and cheaper than others. These towers can be installed on roofs and fabricated structures. Type of towers: FRP (fibre glass reinforced plastic) counter flow bottle shape, FRP counter flow square shape, FRP/fabricated structure cross flow, wooden cooling tower, and RCC cooling tower. Working: Alfacool cooling towers are designed for reducing the water temperature by using an air stream with minor evaporation to reuse precious water in process industry. Design concept and special features, Series AEC: FRP body in attractive looks, aesthetic, compact design and lightweight, the tower is highly efficient and corrosion proof; designed and constructed for minimum maintenance and long life, i.e., 400% more than constructed tower; able to operate in aggressive environments and resistant to water borne contaminates; the design is highly rigid against strong winds; uniform distribution of water by unique mechanism; honeycomb PVC fill (high efficiency fills) gives low pressure loss and thus economical to run; minimum drift loss of water; the fan body is specifically designed to reduce noise; HDG/epoxy coated steel hardware; inspection window for inspection in running position in case of square tower; and capacity from 5 TR to 600 TR in single shell and above in multi-shell. Functions, features and spares: casing of tower is made of FRP/wooden or fabricated designed, bottle/square type for long life, resistant to water born contamination and strong wind velocity, attractive looks and minimum running maintenance. An additional embossing is provided for extra strength in case of large capacity.
