Compact Chiller

Emmppe Associates manufactures environment-friendly air-cooled chillers suitable for a wide range of applications. Though compact in size, these are equipped with electronic temperature indicator cum controller for exact temperature control, and non-polluting refrigerants are used. Depending on applications (water, oil and coolant) units are designed either with a centrifugal pump and tank or with gear pump. The uncontrolled rise in temperature of process die-cooling water or hydraulic lubricating oils, coolant oils and other liquids results in reduced efficiency and sometimes leading to inaccuracies of sensitive components like spindles, bearings, valves, etc., due to thermal variations. The Zapp Cool series chillers have been developed to maintain the temperature within the set values. Typical applications: hydraulic power pack oil cooling; cooling of moulds in areas of plastic production; laboratories; cooling of EDM machine coolant; die cast machine oil cooling; cooling of counting machine; etc.
