Chilling Plants

Intertech offers plants for chilling of process fluids like water, brine, glycol or reaction products. The range offered is wide as the systems offered are application-specific. These chilling plants are offered up to 600 TR capacity. They are based on the principle of vapour compression refrigeration cycle. The lowest temperature that could be offered is -25?C. Typically,. these plants are available with various levels of automation depending on,the requirement of the application, from manual to fully automatic control based on PLC. This plant can also be used as a dedicated chilling plant for process cooling in the reactor directly. A typical case is the use of this technology in reducing the use of ice in the process of precipitation of organic dye intermediates, thus reducing the generation of the waste water.
