Shiballoy offers Cabinet Coolers to stop overheating, dirt infiltration, and consequent malfunctioning of electronic control panels. Cabinet coolers are offered with or without thermostat control, in ea acities to 2000 Btu/hr. They are available in dust, oil-resistant (NEMA 12), splash-resistant (NEMA 4), and corrosion-resistant (NEMA 4X) ratings. Compressed air-operated cabinet coolers incorporate a vortex tube. The cold air is distributed inside the control panel to prevent heat related electronic malfunctions, Cabinet coolers are compact and installed in minutes, through a standard electrical knock-out. No moving parts assure infinite life and maintenance-free operation. Applications include: cooling programmable controllers, motor controls, robotic controls, microprocessors, line control cabinets, relay panels, NC/CNC systems, and modular control centres.
