Bin vibrators have applications in industries such as chemical, coal washeries, Fertilizers, steel, food and cattle feed processing plants for loosening choked up bulk materials for secondary processing operations. Bin vibrators provide a uniform and continuous vibrations to any shape and size of materials. The vibrations can be set from zero to maximum. As there are no moving mechanical parts inside the power unit such as gears, motors, eccentric weights, and bearings there is absolutely no maintenance and no downtime for process industries. The size and shape of the vibrators required to promote the free flow of material in hopper, bins or chutes, depends on size, shape, thickness of hopper, plate, or inclination of hopper, This also depends on the kind of material in the hopper, ie, granular, powder and condition of material (whether dry or moist). Depending upon the hopper, either one, two or three pieces are to be provided and will be driven through a common control panel.
