Technology Products offers Primary Current Injection Testing Kits. These kits are used to test & commission Circuit Breakers, Bus Bars, CT’s, Relays, MCC’s, PCC’s etc. These are also used for high current injection and simultaneously measuring voltage drops and hot spots in bus-bar joints, circuit breaker contacts etc. Fully automatic testing sets also available with various parameters programmable such as Preset Current Values, Rate of Rise of Current, Preset Time, Timer Interval Readout, Completely Programmable Step Voltage Test Parameters. A serial printer can be integrated in the unit to print the test results/ data logging if required.
- Ratings : 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 10000 A & 20000 A.
- Connections : Series-Parallel to select various current ranges.
- KVA Ratings : 1.5KVA to 100KVA (combination of various current & KVA Ratings available in continuous & intermittent Duty Cycles).
- Constructions : In two units i.e. control cum protection unit & loading unit. Stationary & Mobile Trolley mounted model available.
- Protections : 6 types of in-built protections are provided for the safety of operator and Equipment under test.
