Gallium has introduced an automatic bundling machine for high speed lines, jointly manufactured with OMP s.r.l., Italy. Fully automatic/manual operations allow efficient working of the machine. Flexibility in design enables the installation of machine on existing as well as new lines with ease. Well proven Italian design gives a unique edge to the machine. Features: suitable for round/shaped tubes; quick changeover from round to round/round to shaped tubes; regular/irregular hexagonal bundles for round tubes; square/ rectangular bundles for shaped tubes; automatic/manual strapping; coolant evacuation, bundle weighing and marking systems; customised and flexible conveyer systems; and suitable for offline/online operation with different equipment.
