It is an easy-to-use colour vision sensor that adds to the product portfolio of the company, which includes 2D & 3D machine vision, fixed-mount and handheld barcode readers, mobile computers barcode verifiers, surface vision, and various other OEM equipment and technologies. The products are made at well-equipped manufacturing infrastructure with high emphasis on quality. Checker 4G7C delivers 376 x 240 inspection resolution with Ethernet support for industrial protocols, and has high-intensity white LED illumination. Checker 4G7C features at up to 800 parts per minute. It has a patented checker internal trigger technology, which offers various advantages. These include the avoidance of additional sensors to determine if a part is present; detecting parts by locating a feature on a part, not just an edge; and tracking the parts along the production line without precise part handling. Checker 4G7C also provides flexible optics, ease of set-up, and an ability to add unlimited sensor tools to a job and an intelligent pass and fail logic based outputs.
