Hom Automation offers an Automatic Bollard designed to block vehicle access into restricted area while operating in a safer, quieter and more reliable way. It is a below grade assembly containing a heavy steel cylindrical arrangement capable of being raised above grade. Upon impact, forces shall be first absorbed by the steel cylindrical arrangement and then it will be transferred to the foundation of the unit. The bollards are largely used for stopping/control of vehicular traffic and allow the pedestrians passage at entry and exit points for better safety and movement control in following places: malls, government buildings, military installations, airports, oil refineries and depots, LPG plants, educational institutions, parking areas, embassies, corporate head quarters, museums and high security areas, etc.
