Universal Engg Works manufactures a fully automatic twin ram deep-drawing hydraulic press in its wide range of quality hydraulic presses. The press has a capacity of 500 tonne and belongs to the PSD-series with die cushions. This press is useful for deep drawing of big components such as automobile body parts. This type of press has large bolster size upto 3000 mm x 2000 mm. All functions are controlled by PLC. Available capacity is upto 1500 tonne. Besides company manufactures fully automatic electro-hydraulic presses fitted with PLC and microprocessor controls. The company is capable of designing the hydraulic presses as per requirements.
