Instrument Research Associate offers VisiDrill, a high speed optical drilling machine used for small batch quantity/R & D protoype PCB manufacturing. This is ideal tool for print-etch-drill operation sequence for single PC boards, double side PTH boards, metal stencils and tooling holes. It drills from underneath enabling upright image of PCB to be at the eye level of the operator. Other features include: guaranteed high speed and accurate operation; electromagnetic solenoid operated PCB clamp, hardened drill bushes and electronically controlled spindle with variable drill speed; and equipped with variable stroke height adjusters to accurately drill a single board or stack of boards with absolute precision; magnification 10X; spindle speed: version 1 - 8,000-20,000 RPM and version 2 - 5,000-60,000 RPM; and throat depth -170 mm. Optional accessories include: pedal feed, vacuum extractor, free standing pedestal and hole counter.
