  • It is alternative to air purging systems. Discharging Fine Powders from a bin or silo, to feed the material into the next process, is a challenging area in Material Handling. Conventional Air purging systems used for materials such as Cement, Coal Dust etc. are expensive and come with their own limitations.
  • “Autosys Live Discharge” is made of a hardened and monolithic disc. The disc can be cut to a specific cone profile, based on the required discharge rate. The system enables smooth discharge of fine powders up to 400 mesh without bridging or cavity inside the silo. An additional AC drive for variable feed rates can be provided where necessary.
  • The system can work as a stand alone system without any other feeders, with enhanced feed rate and controlled output. It can also work in conjunction with screw feeders, vibratory trays and tubular vibrators. It can also be integrated with sector gates for automated control. Bellows are provided on top and bottom to enable dust free discharge.
