Ravik Engineers offers the Booster Tube Bender from SOCO Machinery, Taiwan. This latest offering from SOCO is an all electric 12-axis mandrel tube bending machine, which has won the 2010 Taiwan Excellence Silver Award. The machine includes boost bending facility for 1 D bending and minimum wall thinning. Cut off shearing is also offered to speed up production of many parts from a single tube length. This machine is ideal for the high volume producer particularly in the field of exhausts and manifolds for automotive applications. Machine model is SB-80x12A–MR–PT+2C, 12 axis + multi-stacks + 1D bending + wall thinning control + DBS cut-off.
