Extruded Finned Tubes

  • These high efficient Bi-metalic extruded finned tubes are formed helically out of a Bi-metal tube. The result is an integrally formed finned tube with an excellent fin-to-tube bond providing exceptional efficiency and longevity. Whether rough service, high temperatures, or corrosive environment, extruded fin tubes are a great option for heat exchanger applications.
  • Fin material is of aluminium a 1060 & base tube material is of carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, cupronickle or any of the material.
  • Tube outer diameter ranges from 15.87 mm to 38.1 mm & outer fin diameter ranges from 32 mm to 70 mm as required. Number of fins per inch available are 7-8-9-10-11. Extruded fin tube can be manufactured up to 10 meter length. 
  • Heat exchanger & process equipment manufacturers require latest high efficient extruded fin tubes instead of conventional spiral fin tube.
  • Other features of these tubes include: high value addition to heat exchanger; very high efficiency compared to conventional spiral fin tube; excellent corrosion protection due to aluminium Fin; used up to 325°C; no air gap between fin & tube; faster heat transfer; less steam consumption; more life to heat exchanger; and robust construction.
