It is used for various applications such as: lightweight bench grinders; special motors to use with inverters; 4 HP opening roller motors; brake motors; buffing motors, etc. Features: design and performance as per IS 996; totally enclosed fan cooled type; 180-240 V 50 Hz power supply; class B/ F insulation; IP44/ IP55 protection; vacuum impregnated high di-electric strength winding with moisture-proof coating; pressure die cast aluminium rotors; dynamically balanced for vibration-free operation; double side shield ball bearings factory lubricated for long service; high quality centrifugal switches; 8 microns film wound capacitors; and aluminium and polypropylene cans. Specifications: (415 V, 50 Hz) range - 018 kW (0.25 HP) to 15 kW (20 HP); speed: 750/ 1000/ 1500/ 3000 RPM; and flange mounted for single phase and three phases.
