Variable pitch worm or the in-feed worm, used primarily in pharmaceutical, beverages, packaging and labelling industries, are used to handle round or shaped components/containers/bottles. The worm has been designed considering the velocity, acceleration and jerk at the entry, exit and in-between the worm. This ensures smooth, high speed (up to 21,000 deliveries/hr), and trouble free operation. The manufacturing is done on a specially designed hi-tech machine by generation method so that the component does not have any problem while in operation.
