PVC breading pipe-making plant consists of three heavy plates having 18+18+6 specially designed glass made of alloy steel through 18+18+6 spider. This spider contains the bobbin of the thread.18+18+6 also tension fitted with glass. That’s tension made by the stainless steel to avoid the Jung. Machine is drive with suitable drive dc motor. two plates is rotating clock & anticlockwise wise
direction. One plates is fitted for the 6 straight thread, 13 sets of die & nozzle.

- Bearing block[DOUBLE] :R.D.eng bearing block is specially designed with heavy block & plate with heavy taper roller bearing fitted with spindle & chiknett
- Minimum-maximum out put : 30-400 meter /hr depending upon size, rpm of machine & operating
- Size range : 6mm –50mm inner dia
