Gala Precision Technology offers Precision Blanking. The blanking line is equipped with power presses up to 3000 kN (300 tonnes) capacity. The precision blanking ranges from 0.100 mm to 12 mm thick materials. It has developed tooling technology for shaving of edges for reducing the shear zone up to 20% of material thickness, which is close to fine blanking.
