Stallion Engineering offers elevator belts designed to withstand the high mechanical stresses to which the belts are subjected on bucket elevators. Cotton fabric with 340Z hard duck or EP fabric in warp and weft directions is recommended for elevator belting as these are resistant to tearing. In addition, this fabric ensures minimum elongation and maximum bolt holding efficiency for the buckets and ensures excellent durability. The main applications are in cement, sawdust, coke, coal, ash, gravel pits, porcelain industry, etc.
