Vacuum tray dryers find applications in food, pharmaceutical and other industries. These are easy in operation and suitable for drying granulates, powders, wet cakes and slurries. The inner chamber is fabricated using mild steel and stainless steel and the temperature ranges from 50°C to 250°C. Body shall sustain vacuum stress of 710 mm WG. The vapour coming out from chamber shall be condensed in vapour condensing system consisting of barometric condenser and vacuum pump. Application: fruit juice concentrate drying; herbal extracts drying; lumpy products and granulates drying.
