Pratik's radiant quartz heaters are designed for quick heat and cool response, lower power consumption, high operating temperatures, and to give clean heat energy. They are to be used in horizontal position only and are a total area heat source. They are capable of generating full heat output capacity in 40/50 seconds and can cool down in 15/20 seconds and offer excellent life characteristics for continuous or intermittent heating cycles, alike. They do not give an objectionable glare. Typical applications are in shrink packaging, laminating, thermoforming, plastic forming, vulcanizing rubber, sealing, sterilizing, food warming, food processing, drying lacquers-paints, space heaters, drying textile, and drying sand cores. They require no reflectors and almost no maintenance.
