Electronics Devices manufactures induction heaters that are useful in shrink fitting applications. The uniform heating capacity of the heater results in consistent quality. It is possible to put the machine ON/OFF as and when required thus cutting down unnecessary power consumption and delay in production. Manual, semi-automatic, automatic and CNC controlled fixtures are available as per the requirement. These heaters incorporate circuits for machine and operator safety. Higher productivity can be achieved due to fewer rejections. H-5 and IH-10 are the two models available with 5 and 10 KW power, respectively.
