Features: fully solid state, robustly built, 100% duty cycle operation, application specific machines, large variation of load characteristics, controlled heating variable frequency, load sensing self tuning, pneumatic rotary indexer for precise and positive location and spinning job holder ensures uniform heating. Technical specifications: dimensions: length 1594 mm, width 944 mm, height 1726 mm; capacity: 6 kW to 25 kW; electric supply: 410 V AC 3-phase; integrated demineralised water cooling for induction head, built in pressurised liquid spray for quenching of job; and air requirement: 1800 lt/hr at 6 kg/cm².
