Simplicity Engineers manufactures conveyor belt furnaces. These are ideally suited for heat treatment of mass produced small and medium size components like bearing parts, fasteners, screws, industrial chains, forgings, turned and machined parts. Various heat treatments like direct hardening, carburising, carbonitriding can be achieved under protective atmosphere. Components passing through furnace get quenched through the discharged chute directly into the quenching medium - under sealed conditions for heat treatment under protective atmosphere. The complete equipment can be automatic with loading, pre -washing, hardening, quenching, post washing and tempering. A compact installation arranged in a single production unit ensures automatic operation with sum supervision and ensuring consistent quality and good working conditions.
