GEM Equipments Limited has launched the heatless desiccant (HLD) Air Dryers with separate fill and drain ports for ease of desiccant replacement and heavy-duty purge exhaust mufflers for quite operation. The inlet control valves are non-lubricated. Here the purge flow valve for adjusting purge rate. Both towers have the pressure relief valves. The stainless steel support screens and air diffusers are easy removable for cleaning. These filter out gross contaminants and protect the valves. The HLD series dryers have the structural steel frame with complete floor stand. Very easy to install, the dryer is completely assembled, piped and wired before shipping. Every dryer should be equipped with pre-filter to protect the desiccant from free water contamination, dust, scales, etc., from compressed air supply. This assures top efficiency and longer desiccant life. The zero oil filter oil from the compressor's crankcase will be passed on to the line with the compressed air. This will severely affect the life of the desiccant. To enhance, oil particles are removed in this filter up to 1 micron rating. And after filter is provided after the dryer to remove the desiccant dust carried over to the equipment. Range: 20-2000 CFM.
