The Stud Tensioner is hydraulic tensioner for the assembly of bolted joints for critical applications where accurate and uniform stud loads are needed. This hydraulic tensioner offers an accurate and uniform stud loading thus resulting in a reliable joint with no leakage and extended maintenance period. There is no thread seizing or galling while using these tensioners thus increasing the life of studs and encasing joint safety. This is manufactured from hardened and tempered special alloy steel with low friction bearing surface and hard chrome plated piston fitted with imported anti extrusion seals and stroke indicator incorporated. All exposed surfaces are hard chrome plated for extended corrosion protection.
