Levcon Controls offers FR Series Indicating Flow Relays that are extremely useful in getting visual indication of liquid flow in pipe line. One or two electric contacts are provided, which can be set to operate at certain flow values for initiating alarm or automatic control. Features: Size – 25 NB to 200 NB; one adjustable microswitch (SPDT) or two independently adjustable microswitches (each SPDT); gun metal, cast iron or stainless steel body or flapper; screwed BSP(F) or flanged BS 10 table ‘E’ connections as standard, special threadings or flanges on request; suitable for horizontal or vertical flow (upwards or downwards); toughened glass windows; double window type for better visibility; non rotary movement ensures long life of seal (no wear and tear); and sector scale on glass. Applications: flow rate indication together with low flow alarm or alarm plus trip at two independent points in case of any liquid flowing through pipe line in any process industry; and specially used in bearing/transformer/generator/turbine cooling circuitry.
