Kusam Electrical Industries Ltd offers a wide range of Kusam-Meco” Thermal Imaging Camera - Model TG-305
- Kusam-Meco has added a low cost, high infrared image resolution Thermal Imaging Camera to their range. The infrared resolution is 320 x 240. The measurement range is -20°C to 300°C. The field of view is 56° x 42°& shortest focal length is 0.5m. The display screen is 2.8 inch full view TFT display.
- The image resolution is 300,000 pixels. This new imager is designed for Non-Contact Detection and calculation of apparent surface temperature. The thermal image creation is based on the temperature variation. It has TFT Color LCD display to provide fast and accurate readings for most surface temperature measurements.
- These imagers are built to work in tough environments, are ideal for trouble shooting electrical systems, electro- mechanical equipment, process equipment, HVAC/R equipment etc.
- It is also used for search of concealed fire source in fire control, make analysis of the leakage position and heat loss of thermal pipeline & heating equipment’s; determine the position of heating failure in the operation of trains. Night monitoring of security departments.
- Its function include storing of thermal images & visible images which can be read through USB. The Highest temperature and lowest temperature cursor may guide the users to the areas with the highest & lowest temperature. It has a selectable color palette.
- The emissivity is adjustable from 0.01 to 1.00. The Frame rate of the thermal images is 9Hz. The wave length coverage is 8-14µm. Color palette is Rainbow, Iron Oxide Red, Cold Color, Black & White, White& Black. It has built in 3G memory card (with capability to store over 20,000 images in JPG format. It has communication port micro USB 2.0. It is powered by re-chargeable battery which can work 2-3 hours on one charge. It has selectable Auto Power Off function. Approx. weight is 325gms.
