Dalal Vibro Energy finishing machines are mass finishing machines, used for deburring, polishing, descaling, surface improvement and obtaining pre plate finishes on metal components. The equipment is also extensively used for deburring, radiusing and polishing of plastic components. The machine consists of annular bowl lined with either rubber or polyurethane. The bowl is filled up with media (either ceramic, plastic, maize, etc, depending upon the finish required) and components. Vibration is achieved by mounting eccentric weights on top and bottom of a special heavy-duty motor with extended shaft on both the ends. Vibration can be varied by addition/removal of auxiliary weights and by changing the angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights. Various sizes and capacities of machines are available ranging from 28 ltrs to about 600 ltrs. Options include machines with in-built media parts separator, sound reduction covers, inverse separation machines, 100 % separation machines, dosing systems, etc.Applications include automobile parts, bicycle components, brass castings, brake components, bearing cages, carburettors, compressor parts, clutch parts, castings, door hinges and handles, industrial ceramics, imitation jewellery, keys, lock components, pen components, scissors, shock absorbers, sintered items, spectacle frames (metal and plastic), switchgear components, tap fittings, watch cases, zinc aluminium based die castings.
