Bhavna Tools Agency offers segmental circular saw blades and HSS spare segments designed for fast, accurate and precision cutting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals at the cold stage. Base body of the cold circular saw is made of special alloy steel with the heat treated in the controlled atmosphere, tensioned on automatic machine and precision surface grinding. Cold saws are available up to 1600 mm dia. Spare segments are made of super high speed steel with the accurate tooth pitch, hardening by the latest techniques and special cutting angle for chip breaking. Cold saw and spare segments are made available as per diagram and samples also. Among the users are Indian Railways, HMT, steel plants, etc.
