Indotech Machines offers Double Column Bandsaw Machine. Design features: heavy duty fabricated bed construction duly stress relieved, with heavy beam support below the machine columns to avoid vibrations and distortion to achieve life long accuracy; hard chrome plated solid columns duly tested before and after heat treatment; slide arm manufactured from graded cast iron and jig bored to the designed accuracy; heavy-duty blade guides with carbide wear plates, with inbuilt coolant circulation for enhanced blade life; an intelligent hydraulic blade sensor, resulting in improvement of blade life; helical gear box instead of worm type, which increase overall efficiency (98%), and improved cutting rates. For bigger capacity machines, planetary gearbox is used. For DCTV models: automatic height adjustment for saw frame; step pulley with V-belts; feed control valve; hydraulic blade tensioning attachment; friction type rotating cleaning wire brush; hydraulic clamp vice using double acting cylinder; automatic hydraulic feed sensor regulator; and column protection sleeve.
