- It can achieve very high production rate of 450-600 Pcs/hour, which saves material handling time.
- Both chamfering heads are feed motions operated through servo motor and ball screw.
- Pipe indexing is done through servo motor and ball screw.
- It has specially-designed cartridge type facing and chamfering tool & tool holder.
- The cutter feed motion is controlled by ball screw & servo
- The saw speed is controlled by AC frequency drive depending upon the application and cutter details, automatically through PLC.
- The machine is equipped with “micro mist cooling” arrangement as standard supply.
- Chamfering head and collect clamping positions indexing through servo motor and ball screw.
