Patwa Kinarivala Electronics offers Yarn Clearer, Classiklin. It is a micro controller based digital yarn clearer with inbuilt on-line fault classification, length measurement and control system. It is a totally an indigenously developed instrument, meeting international standards of performance. The system can be installed on manual winding machines as well as auto winders. Features: based on opto-electronic principle; auto calibration of EYC and control unit immediately on start; no recalibration is required after power failure; power failure back up for previous data; interfaced with computer for remote monitoring and control; shift wise printed reports giving each spindle's performance in terms of total cleared / unclear faults.
