Xlpe Heat Shrinkable Tubings
Heat shrinkable tubings from Udeyraj & Sons are multipurpose tubings made from specially formulated cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) materials. These tubings are commonly used for strain relief of soldered or crimped connections with enhanced protection with the flexible insulation tube giving dielectric insulation up to 20 kV/mm. These tubes are easy to install as they shrink up to 80% of the supplied diameter on exposure to hot air flamer/gas flame or hot air over at 120?C. They are much superior than PVC shrink tubes as the cross linked tubes do not melt or flow at higher temperature working range of -55 to 130?C. The tubings are available to cover a-wide range from 0.6 mm to 80 mm.
