Hindustan Everest Tools, an ISO 9001-2000 certified company from DNV, Netherlands offers heavy-duty Wrench, manufactured to IS: 4003 (Part-II) and Federal CGG – W-00651d (GSA-FSS) standards. These are malleable SG iron/steel cast handle pipe wrenches for tough heavy-duty jobs. The hook and heel jaw drop is forged from alloy steel. Salient design features: specially designed hook to take heavy loads; specially designed spring to ensure proper grip in all hook positions, replaceable yet firmly fixed heel jaw; and finish – handle red lacquered hook, heel jaw and roller black phosphated. The range of products includes single open end spanners, bihexagon ring spanners, combination ring and open ended spanners, sockets and accessories, different pliers, pipe wrenches (Stillson, heavy-duty and chain pipe wrenches), adjustable wrenches, screw drivers, grip pliers, slogging wrenches etc. It manufactures hand tools by using high quality chrome vanadium steel in different international standards like BIS, DIN and ANSI, etc. The company is a leading manufacturer and exporter of quality hand tools in India, having established the plant in the year 1962 with German collaborator named Dowidat Werke Willi Dowidat. After the German collaboration ended in the year 1974, the company has been marketing the widest range of hand tools under the Everest brand. Its R&D cell is recognised by Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, and products are certified by GS VPA Remscheid, Germany.
